Roofing of the production facility at the Danceni district

This project represents a modern industrial and warehouse building with a flat roof made of PVC membrane. The project was implemented in Dăncenii, Moldova, taking into account high wind loads and energy efficiency requirements.

Roof Structure

The load-bearing part of the roofing system consists of a large-span roofing structure, made up of steel trusses and load-bearing profiled sheets. The roof slope is shaped by the supporting structure, ensuring efficient water drainage through internal gutters.

The insulation consists of two layers:
✔ Rock wool – as bottom layer
✔ Extruded polystyrene (XPS) – as upper layer

Roof Waterproofing

For waterproofing, we used German PVC membrane Rhenofol CV, with a thickness of 1.8 mm. It is mechanically fastened to the load-bearing profiled sheet, providing high resistance to wind loads.

🔹 In areas with strong winds, additional fastening was applied according to PVC roofing installation standards.
🔹 The use of polymer membranes (PVC roofing membranes) ensures durability, UV resistance, and chemical protection.
